TÜV SÜD America expands certification services to cover the UK Radio Equipment Regulations and Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations

Peabody, MA, USA - January 21, 2021 - TÜV SÜD America has been approved (approved body No. 1929) as a conformity assessment body by the United Kingdom Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) for the Radio Equipment Regulations and Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations.

This will enable TÜV SÜD to issue certificates authorizing the use of the UKCA mark for products requiring 3rd party certification.

UKCA marking is required for placing relevant regulated products on the market in England, Scotland, and Wales as of January 1, 2021.
